We ship from our US-based warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, and we strive to ensure your order arrives within 5-7 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Airecoler provides free standard shipping for orders within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is currently unavailable.

3. What is your warranty policy?

At Airecoler, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, a 2-year full warranty, and a 5-year limited warranty on the refrigerant system. For more details, please refer to our return policy. 5. What do I do if my product is damaged when it arrives?

If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact our customer service team at service@airecoler.com immediately to initiate an exchange or refund. Please provide a video or photo of the damaged product along with your request to expedite the process.

1. How do dehumidifiers work?

A dehumidifier's role is to correct and maintain the proper humidity level in an area. When the relative humidity exceeds your set point, dehumidification begins. The fan collects humid air, pulling it into the unit's cooled coils. Condensation occurs, extracting excess moisture. Collected moisture drips down to the unit's tank. The remaining air is reheated before being exhausted back to the room, ensuring safe humidity levels.

2. What is the difference between capacity at saturation and capacity at AHAM?

Capacity at saturation is the amount of moisture a dehumidifier extracts at 100% relative humidity. Capacity at AHAM refers to the moisture extraction under normal humidity levels. Visit our dehumidifier capacities page for more information.

3. What should I do if my dehumidifier has a problem?

If you encounter issues, check for common problems such as plug connections, clogged filters, or operating temperature range. If the problem persists, contact our customer service at service@airecoler.com with a video or photo of the issue. Our team is available to assist you promptly.
