Return Policy

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Initiating a Return:

Send a return request to Airecoler customer service at service@airecoler.com to obtain return authorization before proceeding with the return.
Airecoler will respond to your return request within 1-2 business days, providing return authorization, guidelines, and the return address upon approval.
Important Note: Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization. If a product is returned without proper authorization, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns Due to Product Issues:

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective product, contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement or full refund, accompanied by evidence of the issue.
We cover the return shipping cost for valid product issues with evidence.

General Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product or have changed your mind, you can apply for a return within 30 days. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds, excluding return shipping, will be processed within 5 business days of confirming receipt of the returned product.
Condition of Returned Products: All products must be returned undamaged with original accessories, manuals, registration cards, boxes, and packing materials. Damaged or incomplete returns may incur a restocking fee.

Return Deadline: Authorized returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving return instructions.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of confirming receipt of the returned product.

Discounted Items: For items purchased with discounts or promotions, the refunded value will reflect the discounted amount.

Shipping Charges: Additional shipping charges for special delivery requests are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Damaged or Defective Products: Airecoler covers the shipping cost for both return and replacement for products damaged or defective upon delivery.

General Exchanges: Contact Airecoler customer service for exchange requests. Once approved, you are responsible for both return shipment and replacement outbound shipping costs.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
