General Shipping Information

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. The Free Shipping option is automatically applied at Checkout.

NOTE: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations.

How We Ship

Airecoler utilizes major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers. We exercise discretion to choose the most suitable carrier for the secure and efficient delivery of your order.

When We Ship

We aim to ship products within 1-2 business days after successful payment. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for us to obtain tracking information from the carrier. Shipping information is typically updated within 2-4 business days after the order is paid. Once updated, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Where We Ship From

All shipments originate from our US-based warehouse, ensuring faster delivery to our valued customers.

How Long Delivery Takes

Currently, expedited shipping is not available. The standard delivery time is typically 5-7 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Regrettably, we are unable to ship our products to P.O. Boxes. To facilitate quick and efficient delivery, please provide a physical address for shipping.

Making Changes to Your Order or Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact Airecoler customer service at service@airecoler.com immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to update your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend using a carrier-provided service like FedEx Delivery Manager to update your address or make other delivery arrangements directly with the carrier.

Order Shipping Delays

If your order has not been shipped after 2 days, consider the following:
